Currently working as a Clinical Research Fellow, undertaking a PhD in “Improving Outcomes for patient with ANCA Associated Vasculitis”.

Special interests
My research focuses on ANCA Associated Vasculitis, a rare life threatening autoimmune disease, commonly causing kidney damage and failure. Aspects of my work include focusing on improving the clinical pathway and care delivery for patients but also understanding more about the underlying disease mechanisms through the study of epigenetics.
Brief biography
I completed my medical training at Manchester University and worked at hospitals in the region including Manchester Royal Infirmary and Wythenshawe. I then commenced speciality training in the Mersey region in 2008 before transferring back to Greater Manchester to continue my training and begin my involvement in research in 2010.
